Dispatch/Coordination Center
This service provides our clients access over the phone to our medical experts any time of the day, all week long. Our medical experts will provide answer to all your questions and concerns regarding urgent health issues that you or your family member may be facing. This service may be utilized for all situations that require immediate attention and cannot wait till the official working hours of the primary health care.
Ambulance Transport
This service is provided for all non-emergency, scheduled transports of patients from one hospital to another hospital, within Albania or internationally, or for patients who need medical assistance when discharged from the hospital and returning home. This service is provided in three levels of care as described below.
Ambulance Service
This category comprises of a range of services that includes a fully equipped Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance and its medical team. Included here are medical stand-by, medical escort, repatriations, VIP services.
Emergency Response
This service is immediately activated upon calling ERA’s emergency number 068 2 112 112 only in cases of emergencies that are defined as life-threatening situations like traumatic injuries (car accident, falling from heights, victim of violence), cardiac arrest, heart arrhythmia, severe allergic reaction, unconscious person, stroke. This service is provided only within the limits of the city of Tirana up to Tirana International Airport. Our ambulance team will provide first aid on scene, stabilizing the health status of the patient, and transport the patient quickly and safely to the nearest capable hospital in Tirana or a hospital in Tirana according to the preferential choice of the patient.
Ambulance Helicopter Transport Services (non-emergency)
This category comprises a range of services including transportation of patients in long distances due to medical condition, bed-to-bed services, medical repatriation transfers, commercial medical escort, medical evacuation services.
Primary health care
This category comprises a range of services including primary health care services (with connection to specialized care), medical laboratory (tests, checkup PCR tests, etc), in-home nurse services, telemedicine
Occupational health
This service is offered to companies, organizations, institutions to help them comply with the requirements of law no. 10237 date 18.02.2009 “On Health and Safety at Work,” the Decree of the Council of Ministers no. 639 date 07.09.2016, and all the by-laws and regulations deriving from the above-mentioned laws. The Occupational Doctor (OD) is responsible among others to a) record and keep updated the health files for all employees; b) provide continuous monitoring of all employees through medical visits; c) keep a record of occupational medical visits of all employees; d) fill in the “Accident at Work” statement and register and comply with all requirements set by the State Labour Inspectorate and the State Health Inspectorate; e) fill in the statements and declarations regarding occupational diseases as required by the relevant authorities; f) provide awareness sessions to employees regarding health and safety issues in the workplace; g) provide technical expertise in matters of health and safety issues in the workplace to the management team.

This category comprises a range of services including consulting on work safety safety equipment & PPE supply
Training
This service is provided in collaboration with EMS Academy of the Swiss Foundation for Innovation (SFI). Training are offered to people of all profiles, with or without prior experience. This category comprises a range of modules including first aid for non-professionals, training of first responders, emergency medicine for professionals, professional trainings for medical staff, police and firefighters, tactical medicine courses for professionals and non professionals, outdoor/wilderness medicine courses, defensive driving, offroad driving.
Consulting Services
This service is offered to individuals, organizations, companies who are struggling with health or emergency issues and need guidance on how to deal with those in the context of Albania and its health situation. Our experts will assist you through their vast experience in the field and wide understanding of the health system and structures in Albania, proposing solutions that are tailored to your specific needs.
